Welldata required a system to keep track of where all their support engineers were at any time for both internal communications and to interface with their call centre. Spider Design created a secure extranet that allowed staff to input locations, book holidays and manage their time.

In addition, administraors of the system could roster emergency support staff and monitor all system usage. With SMS and e-mail integration, the system now lies at the core of their business. We also assisted them with SEO and PPC marketing on their main website.
