WellData required a system to keep track of where all their support engineers were at any time for both internal communications and to interface with their call centre. Spider Design created a secure extranet that allowed staff to input locations, book holidays and manage their time.In addition, administrators of the system could roster emergency support staff and monitor all system usage.
